Beach Rugby can be hazardous, thus BeachTag is a safer solution--players simply remove the Tag from the opposition with the ball, rather than tackling, making it an ideal game for all ages.

Beach Tag is a popular variation of UK Tag Rugby, exhibiting similarly structured rules to Rugby League but with a greater emphasis on safety through an enforced non-contact policy. Other international variations, such as Flag Football, Rugby Tag, and Oztag, also exist.
